Yes. We're licensed, bonded and insured (WA contractor #WESTEMG753R6), and we'll send a certificate of insurance when you need one for your files or vendor setup.
Can you work around our tenants and residents?
Yes. We can do lots in sections or after hours so people can still park, and we'll give you notice wording to send residents or tenants.
Can you handle several properties at once?
