Property managers with sites on the east side often end up juggling a separate company for every trade. We package the whole parking lot scope into one quote and one contract, and coordinate experienced regional crews to do the work.
We serve properties across Eastern Washington, including the Spokane area, the Tri-Cities, Yakima, Wenatchee, Moses Lake and Walla Walla. On the east side we do parking lot work only.

Which areas do you cover on the east side?
Eastern Washington, including the Spokane area, the Tri-Cities, Yakima, Wenatchee, Moses Lake and Walla Walla. If your property is somewhere else in Eastern Washington, ask.
What services do you offer east of the mountains?
Parking lot striping, sealcoating, crack filling, ADA stalls and signage. We don't offer asphalt or concrete repair, extruded curb, pressure washing or building maintenance on the east side.
Can you handle sites on both sides of the state?
Yes. If you manage properties in Western Washington too, we can cover both under one relationship.
When is sealcoat season on the east side?
Roughly late spring through early fall, when it's warm and dry. Striping season runs a bit longer. It's worth getting on the schedule early.
